Aurelia Residence is a recently renovated (Spring 2026), comfortable and bright 100 m² ground floor home, ideally located next to the Peace and Friendship Park, just a few minutes from the center of Chania. It offers the perfect balance between the tranquility of a quiet residential neighborhood and easy access to the city’s attractions, shops, and restaurants.

The house features two bedrooms, one with a king size bed (180×200 cm) and one with two single beds (90×200 cm each) that can be joined to form a double bed. There is also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests, with two additional foldaway beds available upon request. Please note that these extra beds are not shown in the listing photos.

The interior is fully functional and thoughtfully designed, offering a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. The house also features three air conditioning units (one in each main area), a laptop sized safe, a dedicated workspace, a sound system, and high speed 300 Mbps fiber optic internet.

Outside, guests can enjoy a charming private garden with a BBQ, outdoor dining area, water tap, and flowers, creating a relaxing setting for meals and leisure time. The house also offers shutters and blackout curtains for complete privacy and a restful night’s sleep.

Aurelia Residence is located on Gerasimou Markora Street, in one of the most convenient areas of Chania, right next to the city center. Its location offers the perfect balance between easy access to all major attractions and the comfort of a quiet residential neighborhood.

Just a few minutes’ walk away is the Peace & Friendship Park, a beautiful green space ideal for families with children, featuring a playground and plenty of open areas for outdoor activities and play.
